Develop training strategies
Technically sound in Electrical and Automation
Implement innovative training methods
Expand technical knowledge
Engage with cross functional teams
Measure training initiatives effectiveness
Work closely with HR

Skills & Experience:
58 years of experience within Electrical or Automation industry
Training and product development advantageous
Great communicator
Selfdisciplined
Innovative and proactive
Work well independently

Qualification:
BEng/ BTech or Diploma in Mechatronics and Electrical Engineering


Only South African Residents or individuals with a relevant South African work permit will be considered.
