Location Jaipur Department: Customer Experience
Role Summary The Customer Experience Executive will handle all nonsales inbound calls like postbooking support general queries and crossdepartmental escalations.
Ensuring quick resolution and exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
Attend and manage nonsales inbound calls.
Resolve issues or escalate to relevant teams (Ops Sales CX and Tech).
Assist with booking changes payment queries and property information.
Update all customer interactions accurately in the CRM.
Follow up on open tickets until closure.
Maintain a professional empathetic solutiondriven approach.
Collect customer feedback and ensure service quality.
Requirements
03 years of experience in customer support (hospitality/travel preferred).
Strong communication in English and Hindi.
Problemsolving mindset with excellent time management.
CRM and call handling tool familiarity is a plus.
Work Details 9hour rotational shifts on roaster basis (including weekends with 1 weekly off).
