East Liverpool City Hospital is an awardwinning community hospital proudly serving residents of the tristate region since 1905. With 152 licensed beds and more than 500 employees the hospital averages 31000 Emergency Department visits annually. East Liverpools medical staff is comprised of more than 160 physicians with an additional 21 resident physicians completing their training in Family Medicine and Internal Medicine. The hospital provides 24/7 emergency services general surgery medical stabilization for substance abuse behavioral health for adults over the age of 55 and remains the ONLY cardiac rehabilitation program in Columbiana County. Emphasis will be toward the assessment planning implementation and documentation of care with consideration of age and population specific needs and requirements of the patient.
Qualifications
EDUCATION EXPERIENCE TRAINING
1. Valid State Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) License required
2. Valid BCLS Certificate upon hire and maintain current
3. Associate Degree or Bachelor of Science degree required. If there is no Associate Degree or Bachelor of Science Degree a high school diploma or equivalent is required
4. 2 years experience as an RCP preferred.
5. ACLS preferred.
6. NRP preferred.
7. PALS preferred.
8. Certification as a Registered Pulmonary Function Technologist preferred.
