Delivery Specialist: Driving the Boland delivery truck (box van) for the purpose of shipping and receiving of merchandise or supplies. Loading and unloading of merchandise at each scheduled stop in accordance to the delivery invoice or client receipt as well as obtaining required signatures from the appropriate person. Responsible for the daily transfer route between all parts stores and Boland offices. This requires reviewing transfer paperwork loading and unloading of supplies parts and interoffice mail. During downtime required to assist the Warehouse Coordinator or at any of the parts store locations with activities such as receiving stocking and staging of merchandise as well as cleanup of work spaces and other duties.

Essential Duties:
Deliver goods to Boland Supply stores and clients
Check for potential damage
Loading of merchandise
Inspect and maintain vehicle adding fluids (such as oil) as needed
Check tires brakes lights etc. as detailed on the daily vehicle checklist
Ensure address on package matches the delivery address
Ensure inventory load matches shipping paperwork and is secure in the vehicle
Present receipts as required for deliveries and obtain required signatures
Responsible for pulling staging delivering and unloading of parts equipment and supplies
Practice safe material handling techniques
Manage receipts inspecting and stocking merchandise
Monitor traffic conditions to avoid delays
Other duties as assigned
Education and Experience Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
Must have a valid drivers license and excellent driving record
Must obtain MD Medical DOT Card within 2 weeks of hire
Must have minimum 6 months of previous delivery driving experience
Personable punctual easygoing approachable prompt adaptable to change quick worker stays on schedule
Detail oriented organized problem solver motivated alert selfstarter
Great communication and writing skills
Experience with HVAC or related business preferred
Physical Requirements:
Frequently required to stand walk and sit
Occasionally required to climb ladders or balance stoop kneel crouch and crawl
Must regularly lift and/ or move up to 25lbs frequently lift and/ or move up to 50lbs and occasionally lift and/ or move more than 100lbs with a device
Able to independently deliver goods to locations
