Join the Leader in Agentic Process Automation (APA): Head of Strategic Hyperscaler Partnerships
Automation Anywhere the global leader in Agentic Process Automation (APA) is seeking a visionary executive to lead and expand our strategic alliances with top hyperscalers including AWS and Google Cloud. This highimpact leadership role is at the forefront of shaping the future of intelligent automation.
As the head of these critical partnerships you will drive transformative gotomarket strategies and coinnovation initiatives that accelerate growth in the rapidly expanding Agentic Automation space. You will lead the evolution of our hyperscaler programs delivering groundbreaking solutions that create exceptional value for Global 2000 enterprises.

Who youll report to:
This role will report to our Senior Vice President Global Alliances & Channel
Location:
Hybrid role with regular onsite work in our San Jose CA Bay Area offices preferred. Other locations considered.
You will make an impact by being responsible for:
- Strategic Partnership Development: Cultivating and strengthen Clevel relationships within AWS and Google Cloud ecosystems expanding existing programs and developing new gotomarket opportunities
- Revenue Growth: Driving measurable revenue generation and pipeline development through hyperscaler marketplace offerings joint solution development and coselling initiatives
- CrossFunctional Leadership: Collaborating with internal stakeholders including sales engineering marketing product and operations to align hyperscaler strategies with company objectives
- Market Development: Working with AWS and Google Cloud business development teams solution architects and marketing to create compelling joint value propositions and industry solutions that resonate with target markets
- Partner Enablement: Ensuring hyperscaler teams understand Automation Anywheres Agentic Automation value proposition and technology integration points
- Program Management: Designing implementing and optimizing partner programs that accelerate adoption and drive growth in key market segments
- Ecosystem Alignment: Coordinating with broader alliance ecosystem including SIs VARs MSPs and distributors to maximize gotomarket impact
- Executive Communication: Serving as a spokesperson for joint value propositions maintaining highquality internal and external communication to drive alignment and results
You will be a great fit if you have:
- Bachelors degree required; MBA or masters degree preferred
- 15 years of experience in SaaS or related enterprise technologies with a strong external network of industry contacts and partnerships
- 8 years of experience in strategic partner sales or partner management roles
- Deep understanding of hyperscaler business models particularly AWS and Google Cloud
- Proven track record of driving revenue through strategic partnerships with hyperscalers RSIs and GSIs
- Executive presence with demonstrated success in Clevel engagement and relationship building
- Operational excellence and datadriven approach to strategic planning and
- Willingness to travel up to 30 with frequent visits to Seattle and San Francisco Bay Area

Thesalary rangeor on target earnings (base salary on target incentives)for this position in California New York and Washington is$385000 to $410000 a yearand outside of those locations is$375000 to $400000 a year. Thesalaryultimately offered is determined through a review of education industry experience training knowledge skills and abilities of the applicant in alignment with market data and other factors. This position is also eligible forequity and a full range of medical and other benefits.
