Position Summary
Manages and optimizes operational processes within healthcare organizations by developing and implementing strategic initiatives analyzing data to drive process improvements collaborating with crossfunctional teams and providing guidance and mentorship to junior staff. Enhances operational efficiency ensures compliance with regulatory standards and contributes to the overall success of healthcare operations.
What you will do
Collects analyzes and interprets operational data to identify and act upon key trends patterns and insights.
Monitors and tracks key performance indicators (KPIs) related to operational efficiency productivity quality and customer satisfaction.
Identifies bottlenecks inefficiencies and areas for improvement in operational processes.
Utilizes statistical techniques and tools to extract meaningful information that support datadriven decisionmaking.
Conducts root cause analysis to identify the underlying reasons for operational issues delays or errors escalating details to management for followup.
Collaborates with project teams to define project scope parameters objectives and success criteria.
Prepares and presents reports dashboards and presentations to communicate operational performance analysis findings and improvement initiatives to management and stakeholders.
Identifies areas of improvement and coordinates key tasks with relevant stakeholders to develop comprehensive action plans.
Promotes and advances a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.
Required Qualifications
25 years of experience in healthcare operations healthcare consulting or a similar analytical role
Experience working on or leading strategic projects or initiatives including process improvements cost reduction efforts or technology implementations.
Ability to interpret complex data and convert it into actionable insights.
Experience managing or supporting crossfunctional projects; familiarity with methodologies like Agile or Lean Six Sigma is a plus.
Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
Proactive approach to identifying issues proposing solutions and supporting .
Proficiency in tools such as Excel SQL Tableau/Power BI.
Preferred Qualifications
Healthcare knowledge Understanding of healthcare regulations Underwriting new business and quality improvement.
Experience with change management or working in matrixed organizations.
Education
Bachelors degree preferred or equivalent work experience

The typical pay range for this role is:
$43888.00 $85068.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual fulltime salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience education geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus commission or shortterm incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
