Location: Cleveland OH (Onsite Must work from the office)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday
Salary Range: $51240 $62450 per year
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Communications Representative to join our growing team. In this role you will be the crucial link between our organization and the community helping to foster and maintain positive relationships that reflect our mission and values. Your primary responsibilities will include developing and implementing communication strategies that enhance our brand presence and engage our target audiences.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies and initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze media coverage and identify trends to enhance communication effectiveness.
- Draft and edit press releases speeches and other publicfacing materials.
- Manage the organizations social media accounts and curate content to engage followers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather information and create compelling narratives.
- Organize and execute community outreach events to promote organizational initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Communications Public Relations Marketing or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in communications public relations or a similar role.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and online communication strategies.
- Proficiency in using content management systems and design software.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a teamoriented environment.
