About the role:
In the Bunnings Frame & Truss centres we continue our long history of servicing the needs of Australian trades. In this role you will be assembling Timber Framing with use of the latest tools to ensure our Frame & Trusses are manufactured to Australian standards.
With the use of the automated technology the process of building and assembling frames and trusses has never been more cost effective safe and efficient making now the ideal time to join our team.
This role you will need to manage lead and develop the F&T team members to ensure production targets and quality standards are consistently met.
Whats involved:
- Drive a new product and range Windows and Biax
- Manufacture Frames and Trusses to Australian Standards
- Coach Lead and Develop Team
- Drive Health & Safety Best Practises
- Manual handling
- Operate hand tools and power tools
- General warehouse upkeep
Youll need:
- Strong knowledge of timber and building
- Capability to work on the tools
- Strong work ethic reliable and punctual
- A strong safety awareness
- Open communication style
- An ability to work in and contribute to a team
