Job Description
We have a new opportunity for a Deputy Endoscopy Lead nurse to join theEndoscopy team at Sulis Hospital.
Sulis Hospital is looking for a hardworking individual to lead specific areas of the Endoscopy team ensuring a high standard of clinical care is given at all times in the outpatient setting. You will be supporting the Endoscopy Lead Nurse in developing action plans following audits standard operating procedures competency packages and training of staff and patients and to provide evidence to support our next JAG application.
You will ensurehigh quality evidencebased care is offered to the patients and with the Endoscopy Lead Nurse identify the common issues which affect the quality of care devising clear action plans to address any shortcomings ensuring agreed action is undertaken.
Are you able to cope with changeand take aproactive approach with good communication skills
We are looking for someone with good communication & team building skills and the ability to teach and coach peers junior staff and trainees. If you have NMC registrationdemonstrable record of CPD withrelevant practice experience in Endoscopy or Theatre/Recovery/Ward areas then we would like to hear from you.
Full time 37.5 hours
This role requires DBS clearance.
