The Marketing team that supports all of Amazon Health Services (Amazon Pharmacy Amazon One Medical Primary Care and PayperVisit and Health Benefits Connector) is seeking an innovative and experienced Senior Manager of Brand and Creative. This individual will lead a team of Creative Designers to support all of the marketing functions. In this role you will leverage your strategic creative UX design and production background to develop and implement creative solutions that enable our teams to get closer to realizing our vision which is to have 1:1 conversations with customers. To get there we will need to be strategic develop new innovation creative mechanisms and elevate our content production capabilities. We will need to think through and integrate new technologies to accelerate our experimentation efforts and output across all design formats. You will be responsible for building guiding and managing a team of experts to realize our vision. You have a seat at the table to make strategic investments hire leaders partner with teams all in service to ultimately engage customers with Amazon Health Services. This role is ideal for a big thinker that can build and motivation a team someone who is passionate about using new technologies such as generative AI to bring creative ideas to life.

Key job responsibilities
Develop the creative marketing and brand UX longterm strategy create customer facing milestones build the team mechanisms and metrics to achieve those milestones.
Build a worldclass team of creative designers and Design Technologists to implement your strategy.
Work with technical and marketing product teams to implement automation in design processes and apply toward template/design approach for maximum scalability and partner selfserve design.
Develop versatile easytouse templates that partners can customize for their specific content needs across various marketing channels.
Adapt Amazon assets for different partner channels including Amazons biggest marketing priorities globally and regionally to reflect unique customer journey stages and levels of awareness to drive intended action.
Monitor analyze and optimize designs and recommend/manage creative and a/b testing opportunities routinely
Liaise with Amazon brand teams and manage 3P brand guidelines and extension of logos fonts icons and assets. Ensure 3P use cases and partner/regional needs are accounted for and that we are compliant with Amazon brands at all times.
A day in the life
This role will work across all four Health businesses and work closely with our channel marketing teams. We will also likely partner closely with other Amazon creative teams to learn and/or utilize creative services that they have built. You are the single threaded leader of the team owning strategy team building and team development implementation of initiatives and the overall creative goals. You will be a close collaborator partner with both our marketing teams but also our partner business teams and UX Design teams.

The Amazon Health Services Marketing team supports all AHS businesses and partners closely with its leaders to achieve its marketing objectives. We own the marketing strategy valuation implementation of the strategy including media spend development of all marketing assets and ultimately the engagement with customers to grow each AHS business.

3 years of leading design teams experience
Experience managing teams
Experience leading design teams in problem definition artifact rendering crossfunctional collaboration and delivery and user validation and measurement
Masters degree in Design HCI or related field
Experience working crossteam and synthesize feedback and input from product management engineering testing and marketing
Strong background in datadriven design and performance optimization
Advanced knowledge of AI machine learning and natural language processing with the ability to leverage these technologies in usercentric design solutions

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $166100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $274600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on jobrelated knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
