What Youll Be Doing:
- Roll out the red carpet and give every customer a VIP experience!
- Help customers find the perfect ride by understanding their needs and showcasing our amazing Ford and Lincoln lineup.
- Guide your customers through the entire carbuying journey from the first handshake to handing over the keys.
- Stay intheknow about the latest models features and incentives (youll be the expert they trust).

What Were Looking For:
- Previous sales experience (automotive preferred but not required we train the right people!
- A peopleperson with strong communication skills who genuinely enjoys helping others.
- Goaldriven and hungry for success.
- Thrives in a fastpaced fun customerfirst environment.
- Basic computer skills (youll use them daily).
- A valid drivers license and clean background check.
