NOW HIRING An Office assistant:
We are seeking a detailoriented and dependable Office Assistant to provide daily support to our accounting department and Warehouse Operation. This role focuses on assisting with accounts payable (AP) accounts receivable (AR) invoicing Payment deduction Dispute and warehouse operation document processing as well as general administrative accounting tasks. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills basic accounting knowledge and the ability to work accurately in a fastpaced environment.

What will I do
Accounting Support:
- Assist with daily AP and AR processes.
- Prepare issue and track invoices and purchase orders.
- Perform accurate data entry into accounting software and spreadsheets.
- Help reconcile financial records and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate and organized financial files and documentation.
Warehouse Operations Support:
- Collect compile and report on key warehouse operational statistics (inventory levels shipment volumes processing times etc..
- Support inventory tracking and related documentation needs.
- Assist with filing updating and maintaining operational records and compliance documents.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure timely reporting and documentation.
Administrative Duties:
- Respond to internal and external inquiries related to accounting and warehouse operations.
- Maintain organized physical and digital filing systems.
- Provide general office support such as document preparation scanning and data management.
- Collaborate with multiple departments to streamline reporting and documentation processes.
Position requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree in Accounting Business Administration or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in accounting support (AP/AR invoicing) and/or operations administration is a plus.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel.
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks Epicor adjust based on your system).
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask prioritize responsibilities and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
- Ability to work comfortably with numerical data and operational metrics.
