About the Role
This is an exciting addition to our team that will help us evolve our existing FP&A reporting and forecasting while helping build and create new forecast models segment P&L development and profitability analyses. Nearterm this person will be part of a project to help build/integrate financial models driven by a recent acquisition and longer term the role will collaborate with crossfunctional leadership to evolve internal reporting drive forecasting improvements and conduct financial analysis to support efficient scaling within the company. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in an environment where we are constantly evolving our business is motivated by building and problem solving and is willing to challenge the status quo.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Reporting and Data Analysis: Design build and maintain internal reporting systems to provide leadership with relevant data insights.
- FP&A Process Improvement: Identify and propose enhancements to FP&A tools and processes leveraging data connections and technology to improve efficiency.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Lead the operating expense (opex) budgeting and forecasting processes including preparing monthly forecasts and conducting variance analysis.
- Technical Partnership: Collaborate with technical teams to report on and analyze hosting and data costs.
- Revenue and Ad Hoc Analysis: Provide revenue forecasting support and conduct ad hoc financial analyses as needed.
- Collaboration with Department Leaders: Work with departmental leads to prepare annual budgets and quarterly updates.
- Executive and Board Presentations: Support the preparation of presentations for executives the board and investors as opportunities arise.
Education and Experience:
- 5 years in FP&A or a related field with a focus on forecasting budgeting and financial analysis preferably in a SaaS environment.
- Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to problemsolving.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for financial modeling and data analysis.
- Experience with Adaptive Planning is strongly preferred
- Positive attitude intellectual curiosity and adaptability within a dynamic fastpaced environment.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a crossfunctional team with a desire to take ownership of reporting and forecasting tasks.

The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target range for new hire base salaries across all US locations. Compensation packages are based on many factors unique to each candidate including but not limited to skill set work experience relevant trainings and certifications business needs market demands and specific geographical location. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for bonus equity and benefits.
