About the Role
Charlie Health is one of the fastestgrowing startups in the healthcare industry working tirelessly to connect people everywhere to lifesaving mental health treatment. Our Clinical Outreach team members are the lifeblood of our business; they know our product partners and patients better than anyone. In this role youll be joining a team of passionate professionals who are dedicated wholeheartedly to our mission.
Youll build relationships with clinical partners in your local community and provide muchneeded resources to thousands of people struggling with their mental health. Responsibilities
- Develop and operationalize GTM strategy for efficient new market penetration
- Create build and manage relationships with referral sources across priority markets
- Go in the field 4 5 days/week to lead meetings with patients parents and providers to uncover needs address barriers to treatment and cement community partnerships
- Design strategies to better support and engage referral partners across different channels
- Deepen Charlie Healths penetration across existing partnerships
- Attend and lead various educational meetings marketing presentations and networking events both in person and via conference call
- Synthesize and share market feedback from partners patients and stakeholders to inform goforward marketing and product strategies
- Work closely with internal partners including marketing product client success and legal to deliver on GTM goals
Requirements
- Must be based in Brevard County FL
- Must be fluent in English
- You have 14 years proven sales experience owning & overachieving KPIs is a plus
- Experience working with or selling to healthcare organizations a plus
- Ability to travel locally with reliable transportation & valid drivers license (within 1 hour driving distance) 45 days/week for meetings with potential referral partners
- Ability to energize advise & persuade senior corporate personnel
- Strong interpersonal relationshipbuilding and listening skills with a natural consultative style
- Strong project management skills with a demonstrable ability to corral and manage details in a fastpaced fluid environment
- Experience with Microsoft Office Salesforce & Zoom is a plus

Additional Information
The total target base compensation for this role will be between $65000 and $75000 per year at the commencement of employment. In addition to base compensation this role offers a target performancebased bonus. Please note pay will be determined on an individualized basis and will be impacted by location experience expertise internal pay equity and other relevant business considerations.
