Job Summary:
The Automotive Title Clerk at Stonebriar Chevrolet will be responsible for processing and handling all paperwork related to vehicle titles ensuring accuracy and compliance with state and federal regulations. This position will play a crucial role in maintaining the dealerships reputation for exceptional customer service and will work closely with the sales and finance departments to ensure a seamless and efficient process. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working with automotive titles and possess strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:
Obtain and maintain a thorough understanding of all state and federal regulations related to vehicle title processing
Process all vehicle titles in a timely and accurate manner
Verify and submit required documentation to state agencies for vehicle registration and titling
Collaborate with the sales and finance departments to ensure proper completion of paperwork and timely submission of documents
Facilitate communication with customers regarding title and registration processes
Keep track of all titles and ensure they are completed and filed properly
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Assist with other administrative duties as needed
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
2 years of experience as an Automotive Title Clerk preferably in a dealership setting
Proficient in Microsoft Office and ADP/CDK software
Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of paperwork efficiently
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Familiarity with state and federal title regulations and requirements
Able to work independently as well as part of a team
Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
