THE TEAM

We are committed to working effectively as a team both in our immediate group and with our Internal Audit peers in other locations who join us to make up the Global Internal Audit department. THE ROLE
The Global IT Internal Audit team is currently looking for a dynamic energetic and detailorientedIT Internal Audit Internwho is eager to learn about our company and join our IT Internal Audit team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for performing administrative and clerical duties as needed as well as shadow and communicate effectively with staff at all levels to quickly understand business processes identify potential risk areas and help devise practical solutions to issues affecting our company.
This is a paid inperson internship reporting to the Internal Audit Management team and provides onthejob experience in IT Audit methodologies and tools mentorship and training from experienced audit professionals and an opportunity to contribute to impactful projects that enhance organizational IT governance.
Applicants should be in the Houston or Los Angeles area during employment to be considered and are expected to work in person and be onsite at a Live Nation office during work hours preferably Tuesdays and Wednesdays of each week.
WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
Assist lead auditor during the various phases of the assigned audit engagement
Assist in testing and evaluation of internal controls related to the Groups accounting and financial reporting information technology systems in accordance with SarbanesOxley.
Assist with the preparation of audit test plans data analytics uploading data and preparing documents request lists
Prepare and complete audit work programs and document control test results and findings
Gain an understanding of processes currently in review within each location and identify key controls and risks.
Assessing risks and evaluating the departments internal control structure
Assist in the gathering of information and formatting of data requests
Fulfilling Adhoc tasks / projects set out by audit team and supervisory management
Attend meetings and take notes
Adhere to department policies procedures and control expectations
Other duties as assigned
LEARNING OBJECTIVES
The intern will have the opportunity to gain familiarity with SarbanesOxley and auditing standards

The intern will have the opportunity to understand the importance of IT General controls.
The intern will have the opportunity to obtain a general understanding of the various departments and evaluate the effectiveness of the Internal Control Environment
The intern will have the opportunity to develop auditing and analytical skills
The intern will have the opportunity to interact with employees from all levels including management and from various departments within the company
The intern will have the opportunity to learn about key areas of our business including related risks and internal controls
WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
- Ability to work at least 20 hours per week
- An undergraduate or graduate student in their final year or recent graduate preferably in a Management Information Systems Accounting or related field
- An interest in beginning a career in Governance Risk and Compliance
- Basic understanding of IT systems networking and database concepts
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Creative thinker and problem solver
- Flexible and able to adapt to a variety of roles projects and changing demands
- Strong oral written and interpersonal communication skills
- Able to manage multiple projects and conflicting priorities
- Confident assertive and selfmotivated
- A strong sense of teamwork and ability to execute assignments
- An interest in the music/entertainment business is strongly preferred
- Great organizational skills eager to learn and proactive with new tasks
