Job Description

The University of Central Florida/HCA Florida Healthcare (Greater Orlando/Osceola) Emergency Medicine Residency Program is inviting applications for the role of Director of Education and Core Faculty. Qualified Candidates Should Have One or More of the Following:Must be Board Certified in Emergency Medicine (ABEM/AOBEM)At least two years of prior Core Faculty experience in an Emergency Medicine Residency and/orCompletion of a Medical Education or Simulation Fellowship and/or A Masters degree in Medical Education or an equivalent advanced degreeIncentive/Benefits Package:Competitive compensation packageRobust benefits include medical dental vision and 401kDynamic physician and clinicianled organizationOptimal staffing ratios with flexible and equitable scheduling optionsArated professional liability insuranceOpportunities for professional development mentoring and career advancementComprehensive education and training on leadership management and clinical best practices including a wide variety of CME programs
