Full Time Superintendent Job Description
Location: Austin TX
The Superintendent is responsible for the overall management of a construction project from start to finish. This includes overseeing all aspects of the project including scheduling budgeting and quality control. The Superintendent must also be able to work effectively with clients architects engineers and subcontractors.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the construction project from start to finish
- Develop and manage the project schedule and budget
- Coordinate with clients architects engineers and subcontractors
- Resolve project issues and conflicts
- Ensure that the project is completed on time and within budget
- Maintain quality control standards
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in construction management or a related field
- 5 years of experience in the construction industry
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and construction software
