Why This Role
We are looking for an enthusiasticQuality Engineer for one of our clients who are a global technology leader with strong values to create superior products and services that contribute to a better global society.
This is a fulltine onsite role at Pattoki Sapphire (Factory Based).
Key Responsibilities:
- Quality Assurance Oversight:
Implement and maintain QA systems to ensure all products meet defined quality standards and specifications.
- Production Monitoring:
Track daily weekly and monthly production performance against planned targets. Highlight any deviations and work with the KD partner to implement corrective actions.
- Dispatch Coordination:
Monitor and coordinate finished goods dispatches ensuring accuracy timely delivery and proper documentation.
- Liaison with KD Partner Teams:
Act as the main point of contact between KD partners Production and Quality departments to ensure smooth communication and alignment on quality and production matters.
- Root Cause Analysis & CAPA:
Investigate any quality issues conduct root cause analysis and support the implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Documentation & Reporting:
Maintain detailed records of production vs. plan quality checks and dispatch data. Prepare regular reports for internal use.
- Continuous Improvement:
Proactively identify areas for improvement in quality and process efficiency and support initiatives for implementation.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical Industrial or related field).
* 23 years of experience in quality assurance or productionrelated roles.
* Experience working with thirdparty manufacturing or KD assembly setups is an advantage in consumer electronics industry.
* Strong communication coordination and analytical skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office; ERP knowledge is a plus.
