Stamina is a fastgrowing techenabled service company helping startups and agencies build highperforming remote teams. We specialize in sourcing toptier talent for roles such as executive assistants sales development representatives (SDRs) and creatives. As we expand our outbound efforts we re looking for a driven and detailoriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help us grow our client base.
Outbound Prospecting
Identify and research potential clients including agencies and startups with fewer than 50 employees
Leverage LinkedIn Apollo or similar platforms for lead generation
Cold Outreach
Craft and send compelling cold emails and LinkedIn messages
Conduct cold calls to qualify interest and schedule meetings
Lead Qualification
Prequalify prospects based on Stamina s Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) particularly those hiring for executive assistants SDRs or creative roles
Maintain uptodate and accurate records in CRM tools such as HubSpot or Close
Meeting Booking
Schedule qualified discovery calls for Account Executives or founders
Consistently meet weekly targets for outreach volume and meetings booked
Pipeline Management
Monitor and nurture prospects until handoff
Follow up with warm leads and reengage cold prospects
Collaboration & Feedback
Share insights and feedback from the market with marketing and product teams
Test evaluate and refine outreach strategies to improve effectiveness
Experience:
1 2 years in an outbound SDR or BDR role ideally at a SaaS or techenabled service company
Familiarity with cold outreach tools such as Apollo Instantly or Lemlist
Skills & Traits:
Excellent written communication skills for cold outreach
Confident on the phone and skilled at handling objections
Highly motivated resultsdriven and proactive in nature
Bonus Points:
Prior experience selling to small agencies or startups
Thrives in a fastpaced earlystage environment
