We are hiring a Regional Marketing Specialist to support and drive regional marketing initiatives across Nordic countries with a strong focus on Sweden. You will work in close collaboration with the Regional Marketing Team Lead and the regional business development team to plan and execute campaigns events and content tailored to these markets.
One Click LCAs carbon accounting and reduction platform is used in over 170 countries and is growing rapidly. We focus on the construction and manufacturing sectors leading the charge in sustainability within the built environment.
You will join a missiondriven and highly international team working in a flexible remotefirst environment.
This is a fulltime 18month fixedterm contract covering maternity leave with the possibility of extension (to be reviewed towards the end of the contract).
What you will do:
- Plan and execute marketing strategies for Sweden Denmark and Norway in collaboration with the regional Business Development Team.
- Manage and localize multichannel campaigns and marketing content ensuring it resonates with Swedishspeaking audiences.
- Coordinate local events webinars and thirdparty sponsorships.
- Set up new marketing activities tailored to Sweden.
- Collaborate with the Global Growth Marketing Team to support performance in paid search social media and local website optimisation.
- Work with the Global Brand Team to tailor messaging for Nordic audiences and generate or localize compelling content.
- Track regional marketing performance metrics (MQLs pipeline ARR) and contribute to reports and insights.
- Stay current on sustainability trends requirements and industry developments in the Nordics to help identify opportunities.
What you need:
- 3 years of experience in B2B marketing preferably in a SaaS or techdriven environment.
- Solid understanding of the Swedish market ideally with experience living and working in the region.
- Fluency in Swedish and English is required; additional skills in Danish or Norwegian are a strong plus.
- Good copywriting and communication skills.
- Experience executing demand generation campaigns and managing events or webinars is a plus.
- Handson attitude with the ability to work independently and get things done.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills with a clear and structured working style.
- Passion for sustainability and a desire to learn more about the construction sector.
