tesvous passionn(e) par le domaine commercial Souhaitezvous faire partie dun nouveau projet professionnel au sein dune entreprise espagnole solide spcialise dans les procds dextrusion de laluminium

Depuis Iman Global Consulting cabinet de recrutement spcialis dans la slection de profils techniques middle et Clevel nous recherchons 2 Dlgu(e)s Commerciaux/ales pour une entreprise de premier plan dans le secteur de lextrusion de laluminium. Les zones commerciales couvertes sont le CentreNord et le CentreSud de la France.

En tant que Dlgu(e) Commercial(e) vous pourrez :

Prospecter de nouveaux clients et dtecter de nouvelles opportunits au sein du portefeuille existant.
Proposer un plan de dveloppement pour votre zone soumettre la Direction Commerciale.
laborer et grer le plan de ventes en fonction des besoins des opportunits identifies et des objectifs de lentreprise.
tre responsable de la croissance et de la consolidation commerciale dans votre zone.
Encadrer et faire voluer les collaborateurs placs sous votre responsabilit.
Veiller lexcution efficace des projets et stratgies de lentreprise en dirigeant une quipe motive et qualifie.
Assurer une veille de march et prendre les mesures correctives en cas dcarts budgtaires.
Suivre les comptes clients dans votre secteur.
Identifier de nouveaux secteurs et clients stratgiques dans votre zone.
Remonter au service technique les besoins identifis afin de proposer de nouveaux produits.
Rechercher attirer convertir et fidliser les clients.
Rdiger des rapports journaliers mensuels annuels et la demande concernant votre zone.
Faire appliquer et collaborer aux procdures internes de lentreprise (organisation RH qualit maintenance prvention).

Profil recherch :

Exprience confirme dans un poste commercial.

Exprience dans le secteur de lextrusion daluminium la menuiserie industrielle les moteurs de pergolas la verrerie les polymres les mastics ou la quincaillerie serait un atout.

Disponibilit pour se dplacer dans toute la zone attribue (CentreNord / CentreSud de la France).

Matrise du franais (niveau natif ou avanc).

La connaissance dautres langues notamment langlais est un plus.

Exprience dans lutilisation de logiciels ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning).

      At Iman Global Consulting a recruitment consultancy specializing in Technical Middle Management and CSuite profiles we are looking for Two Sales Representatives for a leading company in the aluminum extrusion sector. The commercial areas of focus will be CentralNorthern France and CentralSouthern France.

      As a Sale Representative you will be able to:

      Prospect new clients and identify new business opportunities within the current client portfolio
      Propose a development plan for your assigned area to be approved by the Commercial Management
      Develop and manage the sales plan based on identified needs and opportunities in line with company targets
      Be responsible for the growth and commercial consolidation of your area
      Lead and develop the team under your supervision
      Ensure the efficient of company projects and strategies leading a motivated and qualified team
      Monitor the market and implement corrective actions in case of budget deviations
      Manage and follow up on accounts in your assigned territory
      Identify new sectors and strategic clients in your area
      Communicate detected needs to the Technical Department to help develop new products
      Attract convert and retain clients
      Prepare daily monthly annual and ondemand reports on your area
      Ensure compliance with and contribute to the companys procedures (organization HR quality maintenance and prevention)

      Requirements for the position:

      Proven commercial experience

      Valuable experience in aluminum extrusion industrial carpentry pergola motors glassworks polymers sealants hardware materials

      Availability to travel throughout the designated sales area (CentralNorthern France / CentralSouthern France)

      Native or advanced level of French

      Other languages are a plus especially English

      Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems
