Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior ServiceNow Solution Analyst to join the IT team of a leading beverage distributor in the United States. This role focuses on designing and delivering scalable ServiceNow solutions across various modules ensuring alignment with business objectives and process optimization. The ideal candidate has handson ServiceNow expertise beyond ITIL holds CSA and ITIL certifications and demonstrates strong communication skills for translating business needs into technical solutions
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and implementation of complex ServiceNow solutions and integrations.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable ServiceNow designs.
- Develop custom applications workflows and automations within the ServiceNow platform.
- Ensure quality efficiency and performance across all ServiceNow solutions.
- Work crossfunctionally to optimize business processes through ServiceNow capabilities.
- Stay current with ServiceNow platform updates enhancements and best practices.
- Recommend and implement platform improvements and process optimizations.
- Promote knowledge sharing and continuous improvement across the team.
- Participate in Agile and DevOpsdriven projects using modern collaboration tools.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in solution architecture within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.
- ServiceNow CSA certification (Certified System Administrator) mandatory.
- ITIL Foundation v3 or later mandatory (strong ITIL knowledge required).
- At least 3 years of handson experience across multiple ServiceNow modules (e.g. ITSM HRSD AppEngine ITOM IRM SecOps).
- Proven ability to design and lead ServiceNow solutions beyond ITIL.
- Strong experience in functional manual testing UI/API integration testing.
- Proficient in JIRA Test Management tools.
- Deep knowledge of API testing tools (Postman Rest Assured).
- Experience building mock services for testing.
- Familiarity with test automation frameworks (Selenium Playwright).
- Proficient in objectoriented programming data structures and software design principles.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working directly with development teams to deliver ServiceNow implementations.
- Experience in Agile/DevOps environments.
- Additional ServiceNow certifications (e.g. CIS ITOM HRSD AppEngine).
- Experience leading clientfacing technical discussions and solutioning sessions.
- Experience in stakeholder engagement and driving strategic conversations with IT leadership.
