Were searching for a B2B Sales Manager to develop and execute a strategic sales plan to attract new business clients foster longterm relationships and optimize our B2B offerings. Your contributions will be central to identifying and securing highvalue partnerships negotiating deals and collaborating with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Tasks

What youll do:

  • Identify and attract highpotential web3 blockchain and crypto companies that could benefit from advertising on the Companys news media platform.
  • Generate leads for the Company as requested by researching potential Web3 clients understanding their business needs and goals and maintaining a pipeline of highquality prospects.
  • Develop and implement tailored sales strategies for the Web3 clients of the Company.
  • Provide regular reports on the lead status and sales progress ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate records of all sales activities using the Companys CRM system HubSpot.
  • Conduct regular research on market product offerings industry trends technologies and best practices to effectively position the Companys offerings in the market and competitor activities in the web3 blockchain and crypto spaces.

Requirements

You are the perfect match if you:

  • Proven track record of closing large paid media deals and generating recurring revenue in the crypto marketing space.
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years working in B2B Sales.
  • Strong network and relationships in the web3 space.
  • English as a native language.
  • Experience working with average deal sizes over $15000 or more in B2B Sales in the Marketing Space (preferred deal size of $30000 or more).
  • An average SQL close rate is greater than 35.
  • Experience in Marketing Agencies particularly crypto marketing agencies is a plus.
