Job Description
Position: Director Community Physicians Group
Location: Missoula MT
Employment Type: Fulltime (onsite)
Compensation: $117000 $168000 annually
Relocation: Partial assistance available
Signing Bonus: Offered up to $20000 depends on years of experience

MustHave Qualifications:
Masters degree in Health or Business Administration (preferred)
OR a Bachelors degree with 10 years of progressive practice management experience
Minimum 7 years in physician practice or healthcare management
Strong financial acumen and ability to develop proformas business plans and perform SWOT analysis
Preferred Qualities & Certifications:
CMPE CPPS certifications (a plus)
Experience in matrixed environments and influencing across teams
Position Overview:
This is a newly opened leadership role reporting directly to the CEO. The Director will oversee the operations and performance of the Community Physician Group with a strong focus on service line growth access patient experience and financial sustainability. The role involves leading crossfunctional teams driving strategic initiatives and aligning physician services with the organizations mission and values.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute operational strategies for CPG practices
Lead physician and APP engagement hiring and retention
Oversee financial performance budgeting and planning
Collaborate on new practice openings and expansions
Ensure highquality patientcentered care across service lines
Participate in systemwide leadership committees and initiatives
