Your Impact:

As an Industrial Maintenance Technician youll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes. Depending on your experience level (Tech 1 Tech 5 youll:

  • Tech 1:
    • Assist senior technicians with preventative maintenance and general labor tasks.
    • Learn departmental production processes and perform basic troubleshooting.
  • Tech 2:
    • Perform basic troubleshooting and repairs with moderate supervision.
    • Follow predetermined guidelines and instructions.
  • Tech 3:
    • Manage improvements and group activities with minimal supervision.
    • Perform moderately complex troubleshooting and repairs.
    • Mentor lowerlevel technicians.
  • Tech 4:
    • Lead complex projects and resolve complex technical issues independently.
    • Act as a liaison between departments and communicate with vendors.
    • Train lower level technicians.
  • Tech 5:
    • Plan lead and evaluate complex projects.
    • Develop and implement training plans for lowerlevel technicians.
    • Communicate with vendors customers and prioritize departmental work.

What Youll Bring:

  • Tech 1:
    • 1 year of technical experience.
    • Ability to learn repair and troubleshooting fundamentals.
  • Tech 2:
    • 2 years of technical experience.
    • Ability to perform basic repairs and troubleshooting.
  • Tech 3:
    • 3 years of technical experience.
    • Ability to handle moderately complex repairs and troubleshooting.
  • Tech 4:
    • 4 years technical experience.
    • Ability to handle complex technical repairs and troubleshooting.
  • Tech 5:
    • 8 years technical experience.
    • Expert level troubleshooting and repair skills.
    • Leadership and project management abilities.
  • A 2year degree is equivalent to 1 year of experience and a 4year degree is equivalent to 2 years of experience.
