Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and engage prospective clients.
- Collaborate on strategic marketing plans to align with corporate objectives.
- Establish and maintain Cosmos image across product lines and promotional materials.
- Manage briefs and oversee sample requests in collaboration with Perfumers Marketing Customer Service and Production.
- Stay ahead of market trends and monitor emerging products to keep Cosmos offerings competitive and relevant.
Requirement(s)
- 5 years of experience in B2B sales marketing or commercial roles.
- Experience in the fragrance industry.
- Bachelors degree in business administration or a related technical field preferred
To perform the job successfully an individual should demonstrate the following competencies:
- Travel to meet customers attend trade shows and represent COSMO at industry events (up to 50 travel required).
- Indepth understanding of the beauty and care market with a proven track record of driving strategic initiatives and delivering measurable results.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with a strategic resultsoriented approach and effective time management skills to balance customerfacing activities with internal obligations.
