Job Title: Branch Relationship Manager
Location: Surat Gujarat
Experience: Minimum 5 years in Life Insurance (at least 2 years in team handling)
CTC: Up to 10 LPA (Based on last drawn salary and experience)
Channel: Direct or Agency (Banca experience not applicable)
Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and resultsdriven Branch Relationship Manager (BRM) to lead and drive sales operations at our Surat branch. The ideal candidate must have substantial experience in the Life Insurance industry particularly in the Direct or Agency channel with proven team management skills.
Key Responsibilities:

Drive business targets through effective team management and channel development.

Recruit train and manage a team of Life Insurance advisors or direct sales executives.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer retention and satisfaction.

Monitor and drive daily/weekly/monthly performance metrics.

Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company standards.

Coordinate with internal departments for smooth policy issuance and servicing.
Requirements:
-
Minimum 5 years of experience in Life Insurance sales.

At least 2 years of experience in managing a team.

Strong understanding of Direct or Agency distribution models (Banca experience not required).

Excellent communication interpersonal and leadership skills.

Ability to thrive in a targetdriven environment.

Local candidates or those familiar with the Surat market preferred
