Job Description

Job Title: Supervisor

• Oversee the setup and daily operations of the arts and crafts area.
• Manage and supervise activity staff ensuring high service standards.
• Handle scheduling attendance and breaks for team members.
• Registering children at the activity area.
• Ensure compliance with mall policies safety procedures and child protection guidelines.
• Communicate with parents and guardians professionally and effectively.
• Monitor inventory and request additional supplies as needed.
• Prepare weekly reports on attendance feedback and incidents.
• Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams for seasonal planning or special events.
The Supervisor will oversee daily operations of the kids’ arts and crafts area ensuring the smooth delivery of activities and the safety and satisfaction of all participants.

Requirements
• 2 years of experience supervising kids’ activities or events.
• Strong leadership problemsolving and communication skills.
• Background in early childhood education event management or related field is a plus.
• Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
