Work collaboratively with therapists families and multiagency professionals to deliver impactful pupilcentred support
Build nurturing relationships that empower learners and promote both personal and academic growth
Adapt teaching and assessment to support a wide range of learning profiles
QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) applications from ECTs welcome!
Solid understanding of child development and experience supporting learners with complex needs
Confident working with MultiSensory Impairments (MSI) autism medical needs and behaviours of concern
Creative flexible and enthusiastic able to think outside the box to engage every learner
Team player who values collaborative multidisciplinary work
