Job Description
Be part of our client s team as a Data Analyst a key player in delivering accurate ontime regulatory reports across global jurisdictions. You ll work alongside senior leaders and tech teams to improve data integrity modernize reporting infrastructure and automate compliance workflows. This role blends finance regulation and data innovation for real career impact.
Job Overview
Shift: Day Shift 10:00 AM 6:00 PM MK Time)
Work Setup: Work From Home
- Analyze extract and interpret complex data sets from multiple internal systems to support regulatory submissions across global jurisdictions
- Prepare and support filings and disclosures in line with regulatory requirements from:
- UK
- France
- Germany
- United States
- Australia
- EU
- Singapore
- Hong Kong
- Collaborate with Compliance Finance and Risk teams to ensure accuracy and consistency in all regulatory submissions
- Develop and maintain dashboards reconciliations and automated reporting processes
- Conduct data quality assessments and perform root cause analysis of anomalies to ensure audit readiness and compliance
- Improve data discovery lineage and system integration in collaboration with data engineering and technology teams
- Enhance reporting processes through automation workflow optimization and support of futurestate design
- Monitor evolving regulatory requirements and assist senior stakeholders in implementing necessary changes to maintain compliance and align with industry best practices
Requirements
The Qualifications We Seek
- Bachelor s degree in Finance Economics Data Science or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications (e.g. CFA FRM ICA) are advantageous
- Proven experience in data analysis or reporting within financial services ideally with exposure to crossborder regulatory reporting
- Proficiency in SQL and Excel; experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau; knowledge of Python or R is a plus
- Solid understanding of financial instruments particularly securities and banking products
- Strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate with Compliance Risk Finance and Technology teams
- Fluency in French is strongly preferred; additional European language skills (e.g. German) are a plus for regulatory engagement
- Experience supporting or automating regulatory submissions across global jurisdictions
- Exposure to RegTech platforms and understanding of data governance best practices
- Comfort working with data pipelines and ETL initiatives in collaboration with technical teams
