Job Description

Clarifi Staffing Solutions is excited to partner with a forwardthinking school district in Illinois to welcome a dedicated Early Childhood Special Education Teacher to their exceptional team. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the developmental journey of young children with diverse learning needs.

Position Responsibilities:

Develop and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans tailored to individual learning needs.
Work closely with families to build strong homeschool partnerships and communicate student progress regularly.
Actively participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the creation and of individualized plans.
Foster a safe engaging and accessible classroom environment that promotes inclusion and emotional wellbeing.
Support student growth through consistent data collection progress monitoring and evidencebased intervention strategies.
Engage in crossdisciplinary collaboration with classroom teachers speech and occupational therapists and school leadership.

Requirements

Applicants must hold a valid Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with an endorsement in Early Childhood Special Education. A degree in Special Education or a closely related field is required (Bachelor s minimum Master s preferred). Ideal candidates will bring a strong foundation in early childhood development behavioral support techniques and a teamcentered mindset. Previous experience in a preschool or early learning environment is advantageous but not required.
