JOB DESCRIPTION: Brand Marketer/Administrativecompany

Client background: NDIS/Healthcare
Project : To start with 30 hrs per week (Potentially progress to 40 hours based on VA
VA RATE : 8$ AUD
Purpose: The position is responsible for maintaining the company s public image through the implementation of marketing will help the company with advertising campaigns to strengthen the client s brand identity. The position is also responsible for providing a range of timely
and accurate administrative support to help the client stay organized and complete tasks that allow him to focus on more advanced responsibilities.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee social media content
Develop implement and manage our social media strategy
Stay up to date with latest social media best practices and technologies
Monitor campaigns and analyzes data obtained
Recommend improvements to increase performance
Create engaging content
Promote the companys services through social media marketing (Facebook Instagram LinkedIn)
Developing custom marketing and advertising strategies
Updating website and creating landing pages
Basic administrative duties such as checking emails schedules file management etc
Requirements
Work experience in social media and administrative roles
Experience in creating social media strategies
Crafting engaging content
Written and verbal communication skills needed for communicating with a range of people both internally and externally
Highly organized with good attention to detail
Knowledge in Wordpress and Canva
Excellent knowledge of Facebook LinkedIn Instagram Google and other social media best practices
Team Working skills and a collaborative approach to work
Decisionmaking skills
The ability to multitask and prioritize your workload
Initiative and the confidence to start things from scratch.
Knowledge of the NDIS sector is a plus
