Store Manager Fashion Retail Store
FullTime Permanent Senior Retail Management Opportunity
On behalf of our client a wellestablished and recognisable name in Irish fashion retail we are recruiting for an experienced Store Manager to take the lead in one of their busiest and most commercially important locations based in Stillorgan.
This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded and empathetic leader with a strong background in highvolume retail. The successful candidate will be joining a supportive environment with an established longstanding team where people leadership consultative selling and exceptional customer service are key to continued success.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead develop and motivate a loyal team to achieve store targets and maintain high standards across all areas of the business.
Drive commercial performance by analysing sales data understanding customer profiles and making realtime trading decisions.
Deliver a consistently highquality customer experience with a strong focus on consultative selling and personalised service.
Uphold excellent standards of visual merchandising ensuring the store reflects current trends and brand guidelines.
Foster a positive inclusive and highperforming store culture built on empathy communication and trust.
Ensure operational excellence and compliance across all store functions.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Minimum 3 years experience as a Store Manager or strong Assistant Manager in a highturnover retail environment.
Strong commercial awareness with a track record of delivering results through effective leadership and sales strategies.
A confident peoplefocused manager who leads with empathy and clarity committed to staff development and retention.
Customercentric with a passion for delivering outstanding service through a consultative approach.
Highly skilled in visual presentation and store standards with a strong eye for detail.
Strong Leadership skills, Team Performance Management, Proactive and Motivational Leader, KPI Driven, Stock Management and Visual Merchandising
