2COMS Academy






  1. Graduation in Food and Beverage Service/Hospitality Management/Hotel Management.
  2. Minimum 5 years of industrial experience in Food and Beverage Service/Hospitality Management/Hotel Management.
  3. At least 1 year of training experience in Food and Beverage Service/Hospitality Management/Hotel Management.
  4. Proficiency in English and the local language.
  5. Responsible for the endtoend development of candidates over the subject.
  6. Maintain records of daily class attendance and monitor class progress.
  7. Conduct theory and practice sessions along with field visits.
  8. Timely submission of all reports to the center head and HO.
  9. Effective communication with the center manager and HO.
  10. Deliver effective training both theoretically and practically.
  11. Ensure 100 attendance of the batch.
  12. Develop and conduct training sessions on service standards menu knowledge and customer handling.
  13. Train staff on food safety hygiene and operational efficiency.
  14. Monitor staff performance and provide feedback for improvement.
  15. Collaborate with managers to identify training needs and ensure consistency in service delivery.
  16. Keep training content updated with industry trends and organizational policies.



Requirements

Requirements:
  • Degree/Diploma in Hospitality or related field
  • Years of F&B or training experience
  • Strong communication presentation and coaching skills.
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and customer service practices.
