Requirements
Key Requirement/Minimum Eligibility :
- Proven demonstration of engagement and high performance daytoday
- 4 5 years of experience in order entry or billing
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills strong customer service skills
- At least 2 years of direct customer service experience
- Understanding of Finance TAX systems and processes
- Accurate and timely data entry skills
- Experience in working customers to resolve order issues
- Experienced with MS Office including Word Excel and Outlook along with ERPs like SAP and CRM
- Experience working with Western companies (preferred)
Reporting Relationships (please provide organisation chart if available)
