Role Overview
As an EntryLevel IT Systems Administrator you will support the daily operations and maintenance of our IT infrastructure including ZOHO platform administration. This includes assisting with server and network administration user support business application management and ensuring the reliability and security of our systems. You will work closely with experienced IT professionals in a collaborative fastpaced environment that values adaptability and proactive problemsolving.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide firstline technical support to internal staff and clients resolving hardware software network and ZOHO application issues promptly.
- Assist with the installation configuration and maintenance of operating systems (Windows/Linux) and business applications including ZOHO One ZOHO People and ZOHO Projects.
- Support user account management including onboarding offboarding and permissions in Active Directory cloud platforms and ZOHO admin portals.
- Monitor system performance network connectivity and security alerts escalating issues as needed.
- Participate in system backups patch management and routine maintenance tasks.
- Maintain accurate documentation of IT assets configurations procedures and ZOHO administration activities.
- Collaborate with the IT team to implement new technologies and improve service delivery.
- Uphold Circle Tel s standards of customer service and operational excellence.
Requirements
Minimum Requirements
- National Diploma or Degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field (recent graduates welcome).
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP DNS DHCP) and troubleshooting methodologies.
- Familiarity with Windows Server environments; exposure to Linux cloud services (Azure AWS) and ZOHO applications (administration or user experience) is an advantage.
- Knowledge of Active Directory IT security best practices and business application administration.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Eagerness to learn adapt and grow in a dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications
- Relevant IT certifications (e.g. CompTIA A Network Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate ZOHO Admin/Recruit Certification).
- Previous internship or practical experience in an IT support systems administration or ZOHO administration role.
