Job Description

Project Planning Support
  • Help the Project Manager develop project plans schedules and milestones.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation such as project plans timelines status reports and risk logs.
  • Organize project schedules ensuring that milestones and deadlines are clearly communicated and met.
  • Coordinate project activities and ensure they are aligned with the project schedule.
Communication and Coordination
  • Act as a point of contact between the project team stakeholders and clients.
  • Facilitate communication between team members ensuring everyone is on the same page.
  • Organize and schedule meetings keeping minutes and following up on action items.
Reporting
  • Track the progress of project tasks and milestones.
  • Prepare regular reports for management outlining project status risks and issues.

Documentation and Record Keeping
  • Maintain project documentation including contracts status reports and other projectrelated files.
  • Ensure all documentation is up to date and stored in a centralized location.

Risk Management and Problem Solving
  • Identify potential risks and assist in creating mitigation strategies.
  • Help resolve project issues and escalate concerns to the project manager when necessary.

Quality Assurance
  • Ensure that the issues/concerns raised by the client are timely addressed and resolved.
  • Assist in conducting quality audits and ensure corrective actions are taken where necessary.

Client and Stakeholder Support
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress.
  • Address client inquiries or concerns related to project deliverables.

Administrative Support
  • Handle administrative tasks like arranging travel preparing presentations and coordinating team activities.
  • Support the project manager with daytoday tasks to keep the project on track.


Requirements

  • IT Skills: Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure networks and cloud computing.
  • Documentation: Ability to create and maintain project documentation including project plans schedules and status reports.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with team members stakeholders and clients.
  • Organization: Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • ProblemSolving: Ability to identify and resolve project issues efficiently.
  • Teamwork: Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with crossfunctional teams.
  • Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
  • Project Management Fundamentals: Understanding of project management methodologies (e.g. Agile Waterfall).
  • Project Planning: Ability to create project plans timelines and resource allocations.
  • Risk Management: Identifying and mitigating potential project risks.
  • Change Management: Managing changes to project scope and requirements.
  • Stakeholder Management: Effectively engaging and communicating with project stakeholders.
  • Time Management: Effective time management to ensure projects stay on schedule.


Minimum 1- 2 years of experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills MS office proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, tool for flowchart) Ability to work independently as well as within a team Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent Education: Bachelor's (Preferred)
