Project Planning Support
- Help the Project Manager develop project plans schedules and milestones.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation such as project plans timelines status reports and risk logs.
- Organize project schedules ensuring that milestones and deadlines are clearly communicated and met.
- Coordinate project activities and ensure they are aligned with the project schedule.
Communication and Coordination
- Act as a point of contact between the project team stakeholders and clients.
- Facilitate communication between team members ensuring everyone is on the same page.
- Organize and schedule meetings keeping minutes and following up on action items.
Reporting
- Track the progress of project tasks and milestones.
- Prepare regular reports for management outlining project status risks and issues.
Documentation and Record Keeping
- Maintain project documentation including contracts status reports and other projectrelated files.
- Ensure all documentation is up to date and stored in a centralized location.
Risk Management and Problem Solving
- Identify potential risks and assist in creating mitigation strategies.
- Help resolve project issues and escalate concerns to the project manager when necessary.
Quality Assurance
- Ensure that the issues/concerns raised by the client are timely addressed and resolved.
- Assist in conducting quality audits and ensure corrective actions are taken where necessary.
Client and Stakeholder Support
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress.
- Address client inquiries or concerns related to project deliverables.
Administrative Support
- Handle administrative tasks like arranging travel preparing presentations and coordinating team activities.
- Support the project manager with daytoday tasks to keep the project on track.
Requirements
- IT Skills: Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure networks and cloud computing.
- Documentation: Ability to create and maintain project documentation including project plans schedules and status reports.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with team members stakeholders and clients.
- Organization: Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
