JOB REQUIREMENTS
Licenses: Active Florida license
Board: Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
DEA: Active DEA Certification
Certifications: BLS ACLS
Experience: Must have active Internal Medicine/Hospitalist/Family Medicine practice for at least 24 inpatients in the past 12 months in an accredited hospital or healthcare facility
Other Qualifications: Clean background Proficiency with Epic EMR Primary source case logs required from facility
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform ER patient assessments
Manage admissions daily rounding and discharges
Place orders and manage patient care coordination
Complete EMR documentation for all care interventions and patient status
Collaborate with operational leadership and office coordinators for schedule and patient management
