Job Description

Qualifications :
To be successful in this role you have:
Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes decisionmaking or problemsolving. This may include using AIpowered tools automating workflows analyzing AIdriven insights or exploring AIs potential impact on the function or industry.
Operates with a highdegree of autonomy seeks to address longstanding organizational opportunities and effects change within design and our crossfunctional partner orgs.
To address organizational opportunities youll define an endtoend plan engage with executive stakeholders drive root cause analysis implement solutions and monitor effectiveness of solutions.
Excellent leadership and proven people skills.
Experience delivering and running large scale programs.
Strong customer orientation.
Ability to make decisions quickly and independently utilizing data and facts to validate those decisions.
Ability to communicate well at all levels of an organization and across all functions.
Deep understanding of enterprise network architecture data centers and cloud networking (AWS Azure GCP).
Data analysis capabilities to use data to drive business outcomes and validate solutions.
A track record of creating meaningful employee and leadership experiences that drive employee job satisfaction.
A selfdriven work ethic and model.
Agile certification a plus.
The ability to travel up to 10 of time.
Basic Qualifications:

For positions in this location we offer a base pay of $187600 $328300 plus equity (when applicable) variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications skill level competencies and work location. We also offer health plans including flexible spending accounts a 401(k) Plan with company match ESPP matching donations a flexible time away plan and family leave programs.
Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.
