In this role youll own the product vision roadmap and for highimpact software initiatives. Youll lead the charge in defining and prioritising product requirements managing a healthy backlog and ensuring development efforts stay aligned with our strategic goals.
Youll be the glue between developers designers stakeholders and end usersfacilitating agile ceremonies refining requirements and driving delivery that exceeds expectations. From sprint planning and standups to retrospectives your leadership will keep the team focused adaptive and continuously improving.
Your daytoday will involve leading scoping requirements definition and prioritisation for large and often complex initiatives ensuring that product requirements are clearly defined and managed throughout the development lifecycle. Youll act as the voice of the customer bringing insights from feedback usage data and market research into every stage of the product journey. Working across internal and external teams youll plan and maintain a product roadmap that is tightly aligned with strategic business goals.
