- Identify new business opportunities in the engineering / automotive sector and develop strategies to expand our client base; (automotive BUS& Truck RAIL Energy sector)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients understanding their needs and offering innovative solutions;
- Serve as the primary commercial & technical contact ensuring exceptional service delivery for our key clients;
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop and execute business strategies that align with company objectives;
- Conduct competitor analysis and stay uptodate with industry developments to stay ahead in the market;
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches proposals and presentations to potential clients;
- Achieve and exceed sales targets contributing significantly to the overall growth and success of the organization.
Qualifications :
- Business or Engineering degree;
- Readiness for frequent business trips;
- Comprehensive engineering industry knowledge;
- Experience in other industries (Energy Oil & Gas etc. as an advantage;
- Extensive experience in all aspects of customer relationship management;
- Strong business and commercial acumen organizational skills taking the initiative;
- Solid understanding of engineering products services and market dynamics;
- A natural selfstarter confident in communication responsive and a competent negotiator;
- Strong drive for results solving challenges motivated by targets;
- Ability to develop and challenge customers solution orientated.
