Job Description
As an Interior Designer at Hassell youll be an integral part of our design team working on a diverse range of projects across workplace commercial hospitality OR education/health. Youll collaborate with architects strategists and other designers to create thoughtful and innovative interior environments that enhance how people live work and connect.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
- Develop creative and functional interior design solutions aligned with project objectives and client needs.
- Work across all project stages from concept design and space planning to documentation and delivery.
- Prepare detailed design presentations including mood boards sketches material palettes and 3D visualisations.
- Produce highquality documentation including detailed joinery drawings schedules and specifications.
- Contribute to design reviews ensuring consistency and alignment with Hassells design ethos.
- Engage with clients consultants and suppliers to coordinate design intent and project outcomes.
- Support senior designers in project coordination including budgets timelines and team communication.
- Stay informed about industry trends materials and sustainable design practices.
Qualifications :
Skills and Experience
- 35 years experience in interior design in a design studio environment.
- Several years experience working on commercial workplace projects is essential for success in this role.
- Degree in Interior Design Interior Architecture or equivalent.
- Proficiency in Revit Adobe Creative Suite and Enscape (or other rendering tools) is essential.
- Strong conceptual design skills and attention to detail.
