The Department of MIB is seeking to appoint one permanent staff member at the Lecturer/Senior Lecturer level in Human Resource Analytics (HR Analytics). We are particularly interested in Human Resource Scholars who have demonstrated ability to do quantitative analysis at the employee/ individual level related to recruitment selection development and wellbeing of employees.
Candidates at the Lecturer level should demonstrate the potential to publish in top journals in HR Analytics and related disciplines and candidates at the Senior Lecturer level should have already published in such outlets and have developed a portfolio of publications including some in toptier journals.
It is essential that candidates can teach across HR and general business analytics. We are looking for preferably experienced teachers with proven abilities to adopt innovative pedagogies with a range of teaching methods.
This is a fulltime 40 hours per week) permanent position.
The remuneration for this role is $94981 $151251 depending on the level of appointment.
