Job Description

Salary Range: $110000 $120000 annually. Bonus eligible

Schedule: Fulltime Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM until 5:00 PM.

This position will travel extensively throughout the Phoenix/Scottsdale area. Occasional travel to Denver will be required.

In this position your main responsibilities will include:

  • Working within established community budgets ensure that each Sales team is achieving or exceeding projected occupancy and operating within budgetary guidelines.
  • Developing robust waiting list of future Residents of new construction.
  • Developing outside referral sources through sales calls on an ongoing basis.
  • Personally shop competitor communities in local primary marketing areas (PMAs) supported and work with community sales team to strategically position their community and sell against the competition.
  • Conducting onsite sales in the absence of a salesperson or to help boost sales when a community census drops or is in lease up whenever possible.
  • Analyzing occupancy trends market/competition trends and length of sales cycle data to determine the necessary sales activities to achieve full occupancy and a robust wait list.

Qualifications :

To be successful in this position we believe that you need the following experiences strengths and skills.

  • Regional/multiproperty leadership experience required
  • Senior Living or Healthcare sales experience required
  • Strong system/software skills including CRM MS Excel MS Word MS Outlook. Strong preference for experience using Welcome Home.
  • Referral source based marketing and long and short cycle sales experience.
  • Exceptional ability to analyze sales/market data and trends and apply that information for improved sales.
  • Must be able to communicate and function well in an interdisciplinary team.
  • Exceptional time management selfsufficiency and resourcefulness.
  • Selfmotivated organized and professional. Ability to work independently with minimum supervision problem solving conflict management and budgeting.
