Are you a natural born leader looking to support and guide a dedicated team of educators in a Centre Leadership role

As the Assistant Director of Green Leaves Early Learning Northshore your role is key in building a positive warm fun and welcoming culture where our Green Leaves Commitments are embedded across all that we do! You will use your masterful leadership skills to support the Centre Director in the daytoday operations and successful running of the Centre guide the team in the development and delivery of highquality programs that inspire and nurture young minds and actively mentor and develop the team around best practice.

Day to day you can:

Ideally wed love for you to hold:

  • A current ACECQAapproved Diploma or Bachelor qualification
  • A current State relevant Working with Childrens Check
  • A current Anaphylaxis Asthma CPR and First Aid Certificates (or willing to obtain upon commencement)
  • A current Child Protection Training (or willing to obtain upon commencement)
  • Additional Child Protection Training in line with section 162A of the Education and Care Services National Law and the Queensland Government. Completion of 1 of the following courses will ensure compliance; CHCPRT025 CHCPRT001 CHCPRT026 CHCPRT002 or CHCECE057 (or willingness to obtain before commencement)
  • Previous experience as an Assistant Director or Lead Educator
  • Knowledge and experience with Qikkids and Storypark (or similar equivalent platforms)
  • Proven systems and platform experience with Humanforce Qikkids and Facebook.
