Your new role

As our new Learning Consultant you will:

You will be part of our Learning and Skills Development Center of Excellence which plays a critical role in shaping the future of Ramboll by enhancing the skills and capabilities of our employees. The department fosters a collaborative and innovative environment where team members are encouraged to share ideas and work together to achieve common goals.

In this role you will collaborate with relevant stakeholders to align on Core Capability Areas and take steer of the endtoend . You will lead the integration of all elements of the delivery chain ensuring successful design implementation and operation of Capability Academies across Rambolls Markets and countries through Learning Operating and Governance models. Your work will support the of the businessowned learning strategy with our HR Directors acting as the key driver in operationalizing it. You will build strong relationships within HR and the business to ensure learning initiatives align with organizational goals and address critical capability gaps. Our team is vibrant innovative international and supportive. You will collaborate with your colleagues to play a critical role in defining and delivering projects.

Your key responsibilities will be:

• Collaborate with the relevant business stakeholders to execute on Core Capability Areas.
• Drive global upskilling and reskilling processes in alignment with the SWP Agenda.
• Coordinate the entire learning delivery chain including strategy digital content design operations reporting and administration.
• Support needs assessments with HR and the Learning Community to define and prioritize learning needs.
• Oversee the global program implementation process and ensure smooth delivery.
• Define and monitor KPIs to measure effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
• Lead the operational integration of learning technologies to enhance learning outcomes.
• Drive the design and operationalization of learning programs based on organizational needs.
