Job Description
We are looking for a new colleague to join our young dynamic team. If you are a responsible organized and at the same time communicative person who wants to gain valuable experience read on.
Main purpose of this job is to support the implementation of internal and external demands from customers. Ensure business continuity and support our team and area.
WHAT WILL YOU DO
- Active participation in teams activities
- Manage calendars schedule appointments coordinate meetings and events
- Ordering of office supplies within company rules
- Handle phone and email communications including screening calls and responding to inquiries
- Make travel arrangements including booking flights hotels and transportation
- Creation of settlements
- Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry filing and recordkeeping
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient business operations and engaging in team activities
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines
Qualifications :
YOU WILL SUCCEED IF YOU:
- Are university student (Bachelors degree)
- Speak English on Upper intermediate (B2 level
- Are flexible willing to help responsible proactive with strong work ethic detailoriented and you know how to prioritize tasks effectively
- Are teamplayer with strong communication skills
- German language is an advantage not necessary

Salary
Final salary is negotiable.
We are offering base salary depending on seniority level and previous experience of candidate.
Base salary will not be lower than 500 brutto per hour.
