As a Copywriter in the Brand Innovation Lab team youll be creating oneofakind campaigns for a wide range of global brands. Youll partner with art directors designers program managers and producers to create innovative work by hacking the Amazon canvas (Alexa Twitch Prime Video etc). Youll lead projects and own client relationships focusing on creating work that benefits the end customer while pushing the creative envelope. And with new tech rolling out all the time theres always an opportunity to create something innovative on behalf of our clients.

Concept write and execute innovative ad campaigns and experiences for global brands
Partner with art directors designers program managers developers and producers to create customerfocused solutions that deliver on advertiser objectives

About the team
The Brand Innovation Lab team is the internal group within Amazon that creates oneofakind campaigns and activations for global advertisers like Pepsi Microsoft Adidas Samsung and Unilever. Using all of the different platforms within the Amazon canvas (Alexa Twitch Prime Video Custom landing pages on etc. we create campaigns that reach millions of Amazon customers across our digital channels and out in the realworld. The Endemic pod specifically deals with brands that sell directly on Amazon sneakers laptops detergent soda etc. If it arrives in a bag or a box thats a brand you could work on.
8 years of driving compelling creative strategy and at an agency or inhouse creative team experience
Bachelors degree
Must have an online portfolio URL in your resume demonstrating big campaignable thinking that can extend into any medium
Strong understanding of digital and social platforms as well as their use within marketing
Exceptional writing skills that demonstrate the ability to create campaign content that attracts retains and grows an audience
Knowledge of InDesign Photoshop Illustrator Keynote
Experience developing crossfunctional relationships with product consumer research and marketing teams to develop strategy and consumer insights that drive compelling creative executions
Experience leading creative development of innovative creative from concept to delivery
Experience managing creative (internal team of designers copywriters external agencies and freelancers)
Experience presenting creative concepts effectively to senior executives
Experience managing multiple projects and meeting aggressive deadlines

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $127100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $210300/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on jobrelated knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
