Job Description
YOU
- implement test solutions on stateoftheart production testers with current focus on Teradyne Flex/J750 Advantest 93k
- focus on the challenges in wafer and final component testing
- debugg and transfer the test packages to the production facilities
- coordinate with design concept and product engineering teams on test and DfT concepts content and results
Qualifications :
YOU
- have completed studies in the field of Electrical Engineering or a similar field
- have first work experience in the field of Semiconductor Test Engineering
- have practical experience in ATE (Teradyne and/or Advantest)
- have good communication skills in English
